Pick Up Point

In case you live near the Politikos department store, and if you wish, you can pick up your order in person. The right of collection from the store is for everyone and must be implemented within 10 calendar days from the order. In any other case the order will be canceled and the product will be returned for sale in the store!

In case you pick up the item from the store, a refund is NOT applicable.

Delivery via Courier Company

If you correctly fill in your details and the Delivery Address, the courier companies we cooperate with (ELTA Courier, Speedex, and Courier Center) will ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Within Greece:
  • Shipping costs are free for all orders with Elta Courier.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) costs are free for orders over €59. For orders of lesser value, the COD cost is €1.90.
• To Cyprus:
  • For orders under €150:
    • €10 for standard shipping by ship (delivery time 7-10 working days).
    • €20 for express shipping by air (delivery time 2-3 working days).
  • For orders over €150, shipping is free (with standard shipping). The COD cost is €1.90.

1. Add the desired product to your cart and select BoxNow 24/7 Locker delivery at checkout.
2. Choose the nearest locker from the 2000+ available.
3. You will receive a six-digit PIN via Viber/SMS and email.
4. Pick up your parcel for free at any time (24/7) using the PIN.
